I went to work this morning and was there until two, at which point I left quickly and went shopping. Since work is now going to implement a new dress code, comprised mainly of black, I thought I should go shopping for some pants or something since I don't have any. I went to Old Navy and ended up not finding what I wanted, but was drawn to two ringer t-shirts and a jean jacket. I got the three things for $18. Not bad considering the jacket was originally $48. I don't really feel justified in my purchases, but whatever. I barely have enough money to buy gas, so why the fuck am I buying clothes?

Then I went to the craptastic guitar store known as Guitar Center. Man, that place sucks. They have a person whose main job is to greet you at the door and "look" cool. The guy who met me there was not cool, but more like a egocentric asshole. Good place to start. All I wanted was a pack of freaking strings, but I guess they only pay attention to people buying expensive guitars and amps. Any, about 10 minutes of waiting passed by until an older guy came over with a sales associate. He wanted to buy a harmonica. Cool, maybe I'll get some help. Well, the guy bought the thing, and the associate almost left without helping me. I said excuse me and finally got my $4.50 strings.

[long expanse of time passes…]

Holy shit, it's now 9:26 and I haven't finished this. WTF happened? I don't know. I went out to dinner with my mom and checked out Cingular for a package price. It ended up being more expensive if we changed over from AT&T for Cingular. Burn in hell.

So yeah, today was pretty uneventful. I got some more stuff done, but not a whole lot. I'll update later when I get some time.
